Retailers should make available the SuRPrize bags at the point of sale.
Our bags have use a published GS1 barcode for integration into the PoS system at your store
We will provide your store with FAQs designed to answer the majority of customer questions, however if the customer still needs to get in contact with us, you can direct them to our website to raise their query.
We will take care of this. This is not a return to store program. Instead, we will be using use the Curby kerbside collections program, where participants can scan their SuRPrize bag and place it in the yellow lidded kerbside recycling bin.
Customers will be eligible for participation if they reside in Central Coast, Newcastle or Mosman Council areas.
We will provide your store with danglers for your bag racks and core flute A frames or posters for the front of your store. If you have specific requirements, we can make our digital assets for you to create your own in store material
1. The retail store will make SuRPrize bags available for purchase by customers at or near the point of sale.
2. The retail store will register the GS1 barcode for the bag into their PoS system so that it can be purchased by customers
3. The retailer will set pricing for the SuRPrize bags at $1 (Ex GST)
4. The retailer will purchase each box of 350 SuRPrize bags up front and will recoup the costs as the bags are sold to customers
5. The retailer is responsible for ensuring minimal losses at the point of sale, Curby will not be responsible for any losses resulting from bags leaving the store without being purchased.
6. The Retailer will be responsible for ordering more bags by notifying Curby when stocks are low
7. The retailer will be responsible for all in store promotional materials, Curby can make standard physical materials available (danglers, posters and A frames) as well as digital assets if the store has specific needs.

3. Cruby will be responsible for all educational material relating to the pilot, including advising participants where and how there SuRPrize Bags can be recycled.
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of SuRPrize bags ("Bags") by retail stores ("Retailer") participating in the Curby program.
1.2. By purchasing and selling the Bags, the Retailer agrees to comply with these Terms.
2. Purchase and Pricing
2.1. The Retailer will purchase each box of 350 SuRPrize bags up front from Curby at the agreed price.
2.2. The Retailer will set the retail price for the SuRPrize bags at $1 (Ex GST) per bag.
2.3. The Retailer will recoup the costs as the Bags are sold to customers.
3. Point of Sale Requirements
3.1. The Retailer will make SuRPrize bags available for purchase by customers at or near the point of sale.
3.2. The Retailer will register the GS1 barcode for the Bags into their Point of Sale (PoS) system to ensure they can be scanned and purchased by customers.
4. Inventory Management
4.1. The Retailer will be responsible for ordering more Bags by notifying Curby when stocks are low.
4.2. The Retailer must ensure minimal losses at the point of sale. Curby will not be responsible for any losses resulting from Bags leaving the store without being purchased.
5. Promotional Materials
5.1. The Retailer will be responsible for all in-store promotional materials related to the sale of SuRPrize bags.
5.2. Curby will provide standard physical promotional materials (such as danglers, posters, and A-frames) and digital assets if the store has specific needs.
6. Compliance and Audit
6.1. The Retailer agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the sale of the Bags.
6.2. Curby reserves the right to audit the Retailer's compliance with these Terms and may request relevant sales and inventory records.
7. Liability
7.1. The Retailer is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the Bags once they have been delivered to the Retailer's premises.
7.2. Curby is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages resulting from the Retailer's sale of the Bags.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party.
8.2. Upon termination, the Retailer must cease the sale of SuRPrize bags and may return any unsold stock to Curby for a refund, provided the stock is in good, resalable condition.
9. General
9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Curby and the Retailer regarding the sale of SuRPrize bags and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
9.2. Any variations to these Terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
9.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Simply fill in the form linked above and we will send your first batch of bags on consignment.
Your first order will be sent automatically once you sign up. It will be on consignment and will be invoiced once you place your next order or all bags have been used. For your second order, we require up front payment for the bags.
All bags will be sold for $1 ex GST, this is to keep things consistent across participating stores and to make the bags accessible to all participants. As this is a pilot, we may vary the sale price of the bags at some point. Pricing to the retailer will also be adjusted accordingly.
Foot traffic and promotion of your store. We will be promoting which stores are selling SuRPrize bags to our 17,000+ participants in the Central Coast and 9,000+ participants in Newcastle.
We will be promoting the pilot through our social media and via email directly to our participants. If your store wants to do its own promotion, let us know and we can give you some digital assets!
All bags will be collected through the Curby kerbside recycling program for soft plastics that is already in place in the participating Council areas.
The collected materials will be sent to iQ Renew's SPEC facility where they will be optically sorted into PE and mixes soft plastic for trials in specific products. We expect to collect between 5 and 10 Tonnes of material during this pilot.
1. Make the SuRPrize bags available at your point of sale, adjacent to your other shopping bags.
2. Only sell the bags in the participating Council areas
3. integrate the GS1 code for the bag into your PoS system so it can be purchased
4. Let us know when you're getting low on bags.
5. Fill in a feedback survey at the end of the trial.
